During a recent UX/UI Designer interview, I was asked a question regarding the evaluation of a legal document. The context of the question was as follows:
The user has a legal document and needs to determine the important aspects to consider before signing it. In a traditional setting, the user would seek the advice of a legal consultant. This product aims to assist the user in comparing the key aspects of the document with a standard template and evaluating it accordingly.

Why is Verification Required?
- To minimize potential future risks.
Why Reduce Risks and Losses?
- To ensure financial and property losses are prevented.
Problems with Consulting Legal Experts?
- It can be time-consuming and costly.
- There is a risk of human error.
- Physical documents may be damaged during transportation.
How does the User Identify Risks in the Document?
- By indicating the level of risk (high or low) through the introduction of risk factors.
What Should be Considered During a Check?
- Key Clauses and Terms.
- Termination and Revival Terms.
- Clear and Unambiguous Language.
- No Blank Spaces.
- Default Terms.
- Important Dates and Deadlines.
